In this session we will share ideas for how we can encourage sponsors to get involved and become the active sponsors that we need, partnering with us, rather than delegating to us. In this session we will attempt to create a value proposition that excites and inspires sponsors, as well as clearly explaining what we need them to do and why it will help them succeed in their wider strategic role.
