At our next community event we have asked Jenni Sacks to get the conversation starting by letting us know how you can use techniques, underpinned by neuroscience to make change happen. Jenni Sacks has an approach called a Transformathon™ where people are mobilized and engaged via doing rather than communicating the change.
Her experience suggests that engagement is a bit of a tired topic for change managers minds (even though critical), and the research shows the words centred around getting the job done resonates strongly with people. The session will focus on the process, the neuroscience behind creating habits and the metrics that show the approach works.
