We all know that celebrating achievements is likely to help people adopt new ways of working and appreciate they are on the path to success. However, when senior change leaders were asked about their organisation’s ability to celebrate the success of change initiatives their answers were stunning. They acknowledged the need to do it and said they were setting up those celebrations of achievement but the results were not successful. At next month’s session, we will look at what the survey results told us and we will work together to identify what makes a great celebration of an achievement that will help people succeed.
