I will highlight my concerns for how these models do not address the current environment of multiple, simultaneous change and the feelings of change fatigue and change saturation that we all face.
I will explain the latest thinking from neuroscience and demonstrate how this thinking gives us a new way of managing multiple changes. Using the application of a threat/reward model, I will walk us through a simple recipe for creating motivation, energy and resilience for change.
