International bodies such as United Nations, European Medicines Agency, European Patents Office and Europol have a complex infrastructure unlike other organisations. The ability to assimilate the road stakeholder groups, align with the cultural diversity, comprehend the strategic objectives and absorb the political influences makes them particularly challenging yet rewarding to work with. Melanie has been working with such organisations for over a decade and is now part of the United Nations training college. Her engagement is at multiple levels from the Executive Boards through to the research and operational staff. Services offered include individual coaching of staff on a new assignment, bespoke workshops to address specific gaps in knowledge and delivery of formal qualification based courses to base-line the organisation’s skills set in either Change Management of Agile Project Management.
