I am using December to create an achievements list for 2024. This is a great practice to ensure I finish work for the holidays feeling positive about what I do and the value it creates. If you’re like me then your plans for 2025 might already look daunting so I am taking this time to create gratitude for having an exciting job; pride in my resilience; and wall in the amazement of how much I accomplished.
How to Create an Achievements List
This is my template for creating an achievements list, which is taken from one of the neurohacks in the ChangeabilityPro® platform – if you want a demonstration of the solutions; techniques; materials for use in your change work, contact me to schedule 30 minutes – including a discussion/advice on how to build your career in change

Why Everyone Should End Each Year by Creating an Achievements List
Creating an achievements list can be a really inspirational way to end the calendar year. It’s not uncommon for us to zip through the months without stopping and thinking about all the good things we have achieved and all the challenges we have faced. The main reasons I encourage people to create an achievements list are;
Time for reflection – Tasking yourself with creating an achievements list gives you that time to reflect on everything that has happened in the last 12 months. For us to change and grow, we must take time to reflect on what we have accomplished.
Confidence boost – of course – looking back at what you have achieved can be a huge confidence boost. If you’re fighting imposter syndrome or just generally haven’t taken time to congratulate yourself on your milestones, then creating an achievements list can give you a well-needed confidence boost.
Get ready for the year ahead – With a list of your achievements for the year and the confidence boost it brings, you will be ready to face the new, exciting—and sometimes daunting—challenges of the new year.
