I was re-reading this blog from my archives which includes a table of the most requested capabilities for change roles advertised in January 2023 and matches the Agile Change courses that train build these skills. The purposes of this was to help candidates in choosing the right Agile Change Course for their jobs.
Since 2023 many things have changed so I have updated the table based on my assessment of change roles advertised in the UK this week. I’ve also included guidance on which courses will deliver what you need.
