Agile change management is a term that is picking up momentum around the world. In 2014 I wrote a book with this title, setting out an approach for managing transformational change initiatives using a lot of the ideas from the emerging agile methodologies. In only 4 years things have moved on quickly, and I wanted to capture how this term in now being interpreted in the world of change management.
